1. Service provider
The service is provided by PLAVA LAGUNA d.o.o. (“we”), based in Zadar, Croatia. Full company details are shown at the bottom of this page.

2. Description of the service
We offer a tourist panoramic semi-submarine ride in the waters of Pakoštane, lasting approximately 45 minutes (night ride approximately 35 minutes), with a GPS audio guide around the three Pakoštane islets.
Rides run seasonally (June–September) according to the published timetable. The timetable, number of departures and ride content may change depending on weather and safety conditions.
3. Booking
You book online by choosing a date, departure and number of seats. Once you select seats they are held for you temporarily until you complete payment; if payment is not completed within the allotted time, the seats are released.
The contract is concluded when we receive a successful payment confirmation and send you a booking confirmation (ticket) by email.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. The price is charged per person; children and infants may qualify for a reduced or free price under the terms shown at booking.
The price displayed at the time of booking applies. We reserve the right to change prices for future bookings.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, by card, through the secure CorvusPay payment page. Your card details are processed solely by CorvusPay; we neither receive nor store your card number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. After a successful payment we send the ticket and receipt by email.
6. Arrival, boarding and safety
Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before departure and present your ticket (QR code) when boarding. Departure cannot be delayed for late passengers.
You must follow the crew's instructions during the ride. Children must be supervised by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who endanger safety, without a refund.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The conditions for cancellation by the customer, cancellation by us (e.g. due to weather) and refunds are set out in the “Cancellation & Refunds” document, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Liability, complaints and governing law
The ride is a recreational tourist activity in which passengers take part with ordinary care. We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow the crew's instructions or by force majeure.
You may submit a written complaint to our email. We will respond in writing within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
